A Peek at the Week…

     The fourth quarter is upon us. We have been quite busy studying plants and flowers. We are also wrapping up our study of the Southeast Region of the United States.

     I'm proud to announce that we've had over half of our class either make Honor Roll or the Raisin' Up club! Excellent work! Parents, if your student made Honor Roll and you can make it to the Honors Assembly tomorrow we would love to see you there.

     The fieldtrip to Jamestown is fast approaching. Please make sure that your child is dressed in school-appropriate clothing for the weather. (It's supposed to be warm and sunny! Yeah!) Also, make sure they are wearing a pair of tennis shoes. We will be departing shortly after school begins for the day and will be returning before the end of the school day. Thank you, Mr. Day, for volunteering your time to go with us!
